Hi All,
Firstly, Lil_me, please take care. I wish there was something more constructive I could say or do. But just know that we are all sending you postitive vibes that you get away from your dreadful neighbours and find somewhere more settled.
Well I turn my back for 48 hours and what happens? Michelle is pregnant - big congratulations! Rach is about to become a published author -well done! and Pigpen is in charge!
I'm getting into the hang of university (though I keep being the first one into the department as my bus gets in just before 9.00 - I don't think half the others are out of bed by then!
) I'm really enjoying it so far, but I have to confess I am toiling to do anything when I get home.
Never mind, I managed to do a half-hearted fly round the bathroom tonight and there's a pasta bake in the oven for when hubby gets home (sometime in the next 20 minutes - buses allowing).
Hope everyone else is coping with the new term, and all suggestions for how to fly when you get home at 7 in the evening knackered gratefully received.
Catch you all tomorrow,

solway LOL - I have heard that if your waters go in M&S they give you some vouchers - often thought of just going in and chucking a bottle of Evian down the front of my trousers :rotfl: Where do you think would be the best place to do it ? Where could I get the best value out of ?
Actually I am feeling really guilty. Decided to splurge in lunch in a restaurant in Legoland (and I use restaurant in the loosest sense of the word) instead of yet another picnic, was just too tired this morning to make it. Anyway ordered kids meals and they forgot to make them so I went ahead and paid for everything, took me and OH's over and then went back for kids. I'd got them pizza, the man in front asked for garlic bread, so I did too (plus I know its lovely and the kids will eat it) he said fine bu its extra, (he knew I had already paid for it). Well I deliberately didn't pay and sauntered over to our table without paying for it   I am justifying it that my poor kids had to wait for their lunch because the silly man forgot to cook it for them, but I still feel really guilty. Forgive me Legoland, for I have sinned ......Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Hello everyone,
Have just been catching up with the thread again, and OH is cooking dinner as I'd made no moves towards doing it myself (pasta is his speciality after all, and if he makes too much, I can take some for lunch tomorrow).
Got a text message from the cow at the pub today, saying that both my shifts (all day Saturday) have been cancelled, and I'm really annoyed as I turned down temp work about an hour before cos I was meant to be working. However, I got home, and found a message asking me to babysit Saturday night, so will get to spend the night in relaxing and being paid for it, cos kids will probably be in bed, so I will make some money after all. Will go in to collect my wages on Sunday, and tell them I want to leave I think, as I no longer trust the rest of the staff after my wages were stolen, and I'm fed up with having to run my life around their disorganised lives. Plus I've been asked to temp all next week in a job earning £7/hour and it's just down the road from where my sis works, so we can share the cost of petrol. Hope these jobs keep rolling in for me.
Alas, have done no flying today, but lots of playing with the cat in the garden, and off to watch a bit of telly with OH now. May S&S the bathroom after dinner as not much on TV.

Hi everyone, i haven't been on much due to a mad house but have kept up with the flying.

DD and DS1 started school on monday, DD now into p3 and my DS1 only started and he's so small, all of school uniform had to be taken in and up
. He had no problem going and he's really enjoying it.
I'm in the middle of trying to get a grant for my daughter so have been on the phone all day.
Husband isn't really any better and we have a home treatment team that call out everyday which keeps me on my toes, need the house to look tidy.
DS2 is getting even more clingy since the older 2 started school.
Have a bedroom to sort tomorrow, lots of damp and plaster to fix, then gonna repaint and move furniture about.
Lots of stuff for ebay but think i'll wait till a low price listing day.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0
