Westin Gourmet-Online Butchers

Has anyone been able to make contact with this company other than by email.
I placed an order with them and waited in all day for the expected delivery which did not arrive. On checking my customer account, I found that the order had been "cancelled' but no explanation given and certainly no communication from them to inform me.
They have taken payment, so far not refunded!! Their phone number, when you can find it, has a recorded message telling you to email them. So impossible to speak to them.
I was a customer some time ago but stopped ordering owing to quality issues and poor service. It seems nothing has changed.
