Am back, had a productive day but so tired. OH came to pick me up from the area where I was for last appointment and got stuck in traffic, came home to a hotpot he'd made from leftover pork, and he has done washing up and made me a cup of tea, how nice. Also, he put the washing out and it is nearly dry.

Where is the picture of Evie-dog please and thank you?

    Evening all,

Just popped in to say Evie is a stunner :D I really miss having a dog, but with the last teen due to start Uni in September, we,d like a few 'free' years to travel and it wouldn,t be fair on a dog

The most mundane of days here, won,t bore you with the details X

DD called from Kenya today - a bit homesick, we had a good chat, and she,s fine now

Have a good rest of evening all X
Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Don't know about anyone else but there are no pictures on yesterday's thread!

Just heard from DD, her bike has been stolen while she was at work, the rotters cut through the chain in broad daylight in the middle of the city. That'll be her back on the train then.

Found it RR - I'm a bit daft, didn't think to click on the word!

DD can claim on her insurance, there is now a crime reference number. She has impressed the police - she had the serial number of the frame!

    Evening everyone

A late posting. Had to collect ds2 from school as ill, he came home and went to bed. He has a hacking cough, temperature and aching everywhere. Trying to get fluids in him and to eat something but he says he is not hungry. Been advised by school to get drs note as he is meant to be sitting an exam tomorrow, I'm hoping that's not going to cost me another £20 as the letter for the army appeal did for 6 lines of writing.

Lainey - really feel for you, I was in a similar situation and decided eventually for my own health to leave. I used to come home and cry. Felt sick going into work all down to one supervisor.

Camelot - terrible about your dd bike.

Not much os today bit of cleaning, crochet and dw emptied and refilled.

Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care.
