Might be something for me to think about, but I would've then been without data for around the last 10 days of this month, which I am not keen on. Unless of course I was still able to purchase the bundles, but then I would've been in a similar situation to what I am now, minus one payment of £6.50.
Thanks for your response though.0 -

What you will get, however, is passed from pillar to post, stonewalled, be told what they think you want to hear, if promised call-backs rest assured they won't happen and the events will become more and more convoluted and difficult to sort out (and impossible if you leave it to Vodafone to do).

Thank you, looks like I will have to contact the Web Relations Team then.
This is far more frustrating than I'd anticipated it to be.0 -

Personal choice though and depends who is best for your location but I'd look at moving away from Vodafone, you only have to look at the number of Vodafone complaint threads or complaints posters have had.p0 -

The only reason I joined Vodafone initially was because they offered the package I wanted at a much better price than anyone else could. I haven't actually had any issues with them until now. Definitely going to think about moving away from them in future if this isn't sorted out smoothly and quickly (which it don't appear it will be).
I live in a big city so signal is never really an issue for me. Out of interest, which provider do you prefer and why?0 -

I've never had issues with mobile networks Ive been with so can't comment on that. I've been with GiffGaff, three, Tesco Mobile, Orange and T Mobile before they merged and now I'm with EE.
Now I'm with EE as it was a cash back deal that was cheaper than Tesco Mobile contract and had more data.0 -

In your shoes of never really having a problem signal wise, I'd go for Tesco Mobile. They're known for capped contracts I believe and don't increase the price with RPI, as you're used to with Vodafone. O2, EE and soon Three all increase with RPI.
I'm currently on Three PAYG but with their recent contract conduct, if my usage increased so that it was no longer cheapest for me, I'd be off.0 -

That's correct re Tesco capping contracts or the OP keeps an eye on what data he has used.0
