Termination fee?

When I left Three they charged me the remainder of the current 30 days rolling contract plus 30 days notice and that was my cancellation fee.

I was under the impression Voda where one of the few who didnt charge ETF's in the final month, maybe I am getting confused with refunding partial months back when out of minimum contract.
