Go to a shop selling PAYG SIMs. Possibly, some packages have the number shown.
Or keep ordering free SIMs until you get a number your are happy with.

Some of the networks will let you know what number they have in the Gold and Silver 'pool. But they'll charge you for them.
On Orange a Gold was £300 (something like 0777XXX7770) not sure if EE have taken this on? I know they don't use the Orange backend.0 -

EE are using the T-Mobile systems, they do offer the option to buy a gold/silver/bronze number by calling 150.====0
