Depends if you require a phone or not. o2 offer SIM Only Deal with extra minutes = 400 x-net anytime minutes plus 1000 free texts for £30 p/m OR 800 x-net anytime minutes for £45 p/m
If you want a phone eg: Samsung D500 it's free phone, 200 x-net anytime minutes and choose extra texts or minutes - 200 mins and 500 texts or 300 mins and 50 texts - which you prefer.
If you goto a 3rd party you can get eg: free phone (d500) and 3 months free line rental (via redemtion)...etc.
As for T-mobile: not sure I got burned by them once so I avoid - sorry

For the countries included in simply-fones 07744 974 363 service they must be the cheapest solution .. as they are FREE calls!! :rotfl:0 -
Calls to the 07744 974 363 or 973 33,are not free they come out of the inclusive minutes you pay for by line rental , so if you paid £20 pound a month for 100 minutes cross network minutes the calls would be costing 20p a min.Obviously this price varies depending on the number of minutes, and the cost of the calls.
The next thing you have to take into account is how much the Network will charge you after you use up the inclusive minutes. Could be anything up to 40p a minute.
On top of that do bear in mind that the Mobile Industry do exchange intelligence,Orange, and Vodafone have already started to charge for calls to the simply-fone access numbers, and i think you will find it want take the others to long to follow!!!!
What else could you do you could do,take out the cheapest Orange contract phone with cross network minutes £15 a month and use a 0800 mobile overide service.
Or there are couple of PAYG solution.1.Tesco allow you to register 3 numbers on there PAYG mobile,or landline.Register the Simply Fone access no,s and all your calls no matter how many you make will be 10p a minute. No line rental,no connection,no minimum term.A sim card will cost you less then £5.Tesco,s network is run by O2. 2. Carphone warehouse sell a payg sim card called mobile world .Calls to african countries 12p a minute. This is run by TMobile.
