I regularly go to the USA for periods over a month. Has anyone had any experience of being cut off under the following small print I have just found by accident?
If you roam exclusively in a feel at home destination for any 2 complete months in a rolling 12 month period we MAY suspend international roaming on your account
1. How do 3 calculate a month. Is it a calendar month or a rolling 30 days within a 12 month period?
2. Does it mean all incoming calls from the UK will be blocked?
3. Could I switch my phone off for say 2 days to start the monthly period again?
Help please.

1. It's calendar month, the terms are linked from the Feel at Home page.Feel At Home is intended for UK residents visiting one of the destinations for short trips like holidays or business trips. This means that there are some restrictions regarding how you use Feel At Home.
If you roam exclusively in a Feel At Home destination for any 2 complete months in a rolling 12 month period, we may suspend international roaming on your account, which means you'll no longer be able to use your device or allowances abroad. We'd let you know if this were likely to happen first. If you spend a full month abroad but some of that time is spent in a destination that isn't included in Feel At Home, this restriction won't apply.

2. Yes
3. No, you have to return to the UK or roam and use the phone in a non Feel at Home country.====0 -

I read this as rolling 60 days.
Three don't talk in days at all, it's in my quote from the link.for any 2 complete months in a rolling 12 month period
Edit to answer your editDo you mean that it can be up to ~90 days?
By the way they define it, that could be argued, they do say 2 complete months. You could challenge that if the first month begins during a month and not on the 1st it isn't a complete month. Still wouldn't help if you were sitting in the US with a suspended phone though.====0 -
IMO 'complete months' doesn't necessarily mean complete calendar months, but I can be wrong.
"Two complete calendar months" sounds too vague to me and open to various interpretations like you said. It can be in some cases as little as 29 days or as long as ~90 days.0 -
I'd read it to mean 2 full calendar months given that a month doesn't have a fixed numerical value (28-31 days) .IMO 'complete months' doesn't necessarily mean complete calendar months, but I can be wrong.

Just as I thought...everyone including myself is confused. I was thinking of changing to 3 but in view of this I will look elsewhere. Thanks.0

This is the way I read it:
Let's say you use your phone like this:
January 1: UK
January 2 to January 31: USA
That's not a complete month, so doesn't count at all.
Let's say you stay in the USA a bit longer.
February 1 to February 27: USA
February 28 to February 29: UK
That wasn't a complete month either, so doesn't count.
You've just spent from January 2 to February 27 in the USA, and it hasn't touched your "two complete months" at all.0
