Hi
I have a new Lenovo PC with win 8.1 loaded. I want to do a clean install of Win10. have followed all instructions and down loaded to a flash drive using the media creation tool. After downloading I got a window asking if I wanted to "Upgrade, install windows and keep file settings" or "Custom, install only " I chose custom, after a while a window opened telling me to remove the flash drive and restart the PC then refit the flash drive and install using the media tool, but there was no way to restart so I reinserted the flash drive and now I have a window with the message "No device drivers were found make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers, then click OK". There is a browse button which shows all drives and I have clicked them all but the same message remains and there is no way to restart or close the window.

Hi
Just an update if anyone's interested, I force shutdown my PC and restarted and it went through all the set up routines and I have ended up with win10 installed and all the pre-loaded rubbish has gone.
