My dentists is close on Sunday and I have really bad tooth ache,
What options are there please?

Phone your dentist , on the answerphone message the practice should have listed emergency options for youThe word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -

You might be able to get strong painkillers (and anti biotics if it's an absess) from A&E or a walk in centre.0
