Unable to log into bank account using Windows 10.

For some reason the OP is reluctant to mention the bank on here but did PM me with the name, as it happens it's one that I use and I can confirm that I have had no problem logging on to it's online banking site with Firefox on Win 10.0

I'm not sure why the first two comments on this thread are telling the OP to switch to Linux - IMO this is terrible advice.
Personally, I run both Windows and Linux, but Linux isn't for the faint hearted and certainly not something I'd expect the average computer user to be installing simply because they're unable to sign into online banking...
I'm glad to see the OP was able to resolve this by trying another browser rather than attempting to install Linux and going from 1 minor problem to several complex ones.0 -

It's bizarre, isn't it. I think they're just trying to show off the fact that they use Linux (even if it is one of the ones aimed at total newbies).
If I asked a car mechanic to fix my flat tyre, I wouldn't expect him/her to suggest that I set the car on fire and buy a hovercraft instead.0 -
