I and my friend have been unable to log into our separate bank accounts using Windows 10, "wrong password" etc, I then tried to change our passwords - "unable to do so at this time".
I resorted to the old vista laptop and got access to both accounts straight away.
Is there something I can alter on my new acer laptop or on windows 10 to allow me access to our accounts?
Thanks,
Fortyfoot

Are you using the Edge browser in WIndows 10? If so, try IE11 which is still available in Windows 10.
Otherwise install Linux Mint!0 -
I agree. No problem if you use one of the Linux Mint operating systems. I have used it for years. Easy to use and no viruses.0

It would help if you told us what bank it is, I have had no problem logging into any of my online banking systems with Windows 10.0

Not wishing to go off topic here but as Linux Mint is mentioned in a couple of posts, anyone who has downloaded it recently may want to be aware of a security issue reported over the last week:

The problem is unlikely to be with the operating system it's far more likely to be with the browser. To my mind the default Edge browser that comes with Windows 10 is more a work in progress than a mature browser and as was said above is the most likely problem. Using IE or a third party browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Opera is the way to go.0
