Skywings Claim

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has managed to make a claim against Skywings airlines? Olympic holidays used them as their carrier to Greece and Cyprus. My claim dates from September 2011, but I cannot track any flight imformatin of the charter from Birmingham airport, even though I have the date of flight and flight numbers.
I have ask resolver to add them to their list of airlines. I'm not sure if they are still operating.
