You have no basis whatsoever to think I have overestimated the value of my car, or even that I have ever valued my car.
To accurately value a car you need to have way more experience in the retail motor trade than you or I have.

And yet here you are, arguing that your insurer, the insurance ombudsman AND all the trade price guides have valued it far too low.

Something doesn't quite add up here, don'cha think?

no not really, as I have said many times, I find the fault to be with Esures system of valuation to determine the size of payout.

many people myself included have become distracted with the specifics whilst ignoring the big picture. Yet one fact remains many of those claiming I am "over valuing" have no basis to argue that, yet they continue to do so.

OP, out of curiosity, you have had your case seen by an adjudicator at the FOS and they have found against you, is there a reason why you have not requested for this to be reviewed by an Ombudsman?
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.

I have, this is mentioned in a few previous posts, the result of that review is still outstanding but I am partially at fault for having no experience in this field.
Sad that the FOS do not consider this simple fact as unfair to the consumer, to me, that alone demonstrates bias.

it's really makes me laugh when people argue yet have no idea what they are arguing about.

Isn't that exactly what you are doing?

And I do have an awful lot more experience in the car trade than you do.

If you did then you wouldn't need the basics explained.

I suspect you really don't have that much experience in the trade, I have practically zero yet still had heard a common term used in another thread which you claim never to have heard before :D

    Again the subtle difference
I am not arguing about the valuation of my car,
I am arguing about the system of valuation used for my payout which I was not informed of in a clear manner by my insurers( I know you hate me using their name Esure)
hence why you and the others still do not have a clue what my car was.

Well, yes, you were. The Ts & Cs for your policy have been posted and linked to several times.
