Shower pumps letres per min and bars

My present Mira power shower is specified as delivering 14 litres of water per minute.

I am having a shower pump installed in another room that is specified as 1.5 bar twin.

Is the bar convertible to litres per minute? How can I compare maximum water flow between the two?
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".

As far as I remember bar is a pressure amount, how high can the water be pushed?

I would think you need to get the name of the shower pump and look up what LPM it can produce?

Put your hand under them & feel?
As Hasbeen says one is pressure & the other is flow rate, so I assume you'd have to know the length & bore of the pipework to compare the numbers. A bit like volts & amps, you need to know the resistance to compare.

The relationship between pressure and flow rate depends on the state of the pipes that lead to your home.

You could have a very good static pressure, but if the pipes are old and furred up, you'd only get a trickle when a tap is turned on.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Find the pump you are installing and then look on manufacturer website. An example below shows a 2 bar twin being at 35 litre per minute...
