Not many things that I cant eat but Ive had quorn mince twice and been violently ill both times so be careful in case your OH has same reaction. Apart from that it tasted quite nice :eek:
I haven't got much to add that hasn't been said already. I'm a vegetarian and my OH is a meat lover, but he likes Quorn and is happy to eat it so that we don't have to cook two lots of dinners. When using the mince I just put it into the sauce, it doesn't really need frying like real mince - it can make it go a bit hard and crunchy. I served Quorn to my very fussy ex and he didn't even notice it wasn't meat. My OH says he can definitely tell the difference, but that it's not a bad thing, just different
