According to the BG press release on 15/02/16, http://www.bg-group.com/assets/files/cms/Scheme_Effective_date_and_results_of_elections.pdf
"Shell is expected to issue 218,728,308 Shell A Shares and 1,305,076,117 Shell B Shares to Scheme Shareholders at 8.00 a.m. (UK time) today. As described in the Scheme Document, supporting information explaining how this entitlement has been calculated for each BG Shareholder, together with share certificates in relation to the New Shell Shares to be held in certified form, will be sent within 14 days."

So it looks like they're holding on to the cash for as long as possible.

As far as i know, actual shares have been allocated and your allocation is visible on the Equiniti website if you hold direct, or via your nominee if held there. No cash or certs have been distributed yet.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

My cash landed in my X-O ISA first thing this morning. The shares were credited about a fortnight ago. All correct to the penny :-)

My BG Shareholder Guide (dated 22nd Dec) only says I should be receiving a cheque by the 29th, nothing about being paid direct to my bank account or similar. And to confirm nothing in post either.
