Help O2 mis-sold contract

Sad fact is she signed up a contract that should not have been offered in the first place and she didn't read the small print - she is not blameless but then neither is O2. Harsh lesson but one she is better learning at 19 than later on in life.
How do you know without the physical contract ? Did she claim to be something to get a cheaper price/better deal/mates rates or was it just a genuine error that's now growing
Without getting hold of the contract you're not likely to resolve this0 -
Thank you to those who insisted on finding contract. Eventually copy of contract found in e-mail which made for interesting reading. Armed with contract, complaint was escalated up to senior management at O2. O2 admitted business contract should never have been issued in first place AND contract clearly stated phone WAS insured despite O2 rep in store claiming otherwise. Sister still had original broken phone and sent it back to O2 and contract was terminated early by O2 without any exit fee.
Copies of all correspondence between O2 and sister have been kept for future reference in case they perform a U-turn but issue has now been resolved.0
