That takes me to 31 March, an inordinate wait. I don't have great faith that the HSBC computers will be programmed to pay out within the 70 days. I'm keen to get it over and done with, both for the switch cash but also so that I can initiate a switch away from HSBC.
My £120 was credited the same day as switch completion0 -
This thread is about TSB not HSBC0

I opened the account on 2nd Feb but account switch wasn't completed until 12th Feb so 28 days from then would be 11th Mar. No sign of the £100 so far. Will let you know if it appears in the next week or so.
Ditto to your circumstances - have checked today and no £100. Did you receive yours?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. Sorry for not spotting this thread sooner!
It looks like there's a few people having issues with the TSB account.
The best thing to do is contact TSB's Switcher Team on 0345 835 7838 - they will be able to tell you the latest on the switch and the £100 payment.
If you do contact TSB directly but you are not happy with their response or the service they have provided, the best course of action is to complain directly to them, details can be found here; http://www.tsb.co.uk/help/complaints/
If you are still having difficulty dealing with TSB, please email us directly at moneyteamdeals@moneysavingexpert.com and we will do all we can to help.MSE Ryan

Yes, it really is a travesty that HSBC aren't seeking to make it simple for people to switch, grab the incentive then immediately leave as soon as they can...0 -

Yes, I know this isn't an HSHC thread- but you will miss out on their regular monthly saver @ 6% by switching away!.........Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Hi Candyapple
Yes I'm happy to report that my £100 was paid in last Friday. So that was exactly 28 days after the switch was completed.
Hope you get yours through soon.0 -
I'm in the same boat! Switch completed Feb 19th so 28 days on will be tomorrow (March 18th). Hopefully I will be able to return happy saying I've had it paid in! Felt like ages waiting for it to come through.
Can confirm the switching bonus was paid in today. Happy times.#157 - Save £12k in 2016: £12000 / £12000

Hi,
I opened a TSB current account through the link on this site. My account was with N&P so I was told to in branch to use the link here or I would not qualify as they are not part of the switching service. So I opened my account via the link here and I transferred my DDs manually all within good time. TSB now say as I did this I do not qualify for the incentive payment.
Any advice chaps?0 -

To qualify for the incentive, (as with all switching incentives) you had to use the Current Account Switching Service.0
