What is vivatic all about?0 -
Managed to get some Prolific surveys done today, but that now means I have £18 cleared and over £3 pending and I don't want to cash out until I hit the magic £20 mark. I hope they get cleared over night so I can request the money tomorrow and count it for March.0

It is a survey site but it offers surveys from different sites in the one place. The payment is a bit lower than the original site but you can get more frequent payments as there are more available. There should be a referral thread on that part of the forum if you want to try itDebt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

I'm in love with Vivatic. I might marry it :rotfl:
But in all seriousness it's a survey aggregate site. I made a post, er, I want to say last month? With the pros and cons of it but I'll make another here now for you.
Pros:
*Because it's a survey aggregate site you can take more surveys daily from a variety of places, giving you the opportunity to earn money quicker
*You get £1 just for signing up, and other bonuses for linking your facebook (10p) and paypal (10p), completing profile information (80p). So by time you've signed up and ready to go you're £2 up.
*There's also the opportunity for jobs and tasks via crowdflower if you want (I don't, because the payout is comparatively low, but it's an option)
*You can take more surveys from each individual 'supplier' per day than if you went directly though them. eg if they are available you can take up to 4 populus live surveys a day, and unlimited toluna surveys.
*There are ALMOST ALWAYS surveys available. You can search for surveys on the providers at any point, and in addition other surveys are provided to you individually.
*On a good day you can earn a fiver, but it's not uncommon to make £1.50+ every day
*Like honestly £40 a month is totally do-able if you go on it and complete 2 or 3 surveys a day
*There's a referral system - you get paid er... I think it's £2 once your referee earns a tenner
Cons
*BECAUSE it's an aggregate they're a middle-man so the payout for surveys is lower than on the original site (but I think it's a fair trade-off for being able to combine your earnings from multiple sources and also take more of them)
*The searchable Toluna ones pay 50p, but the individual ones that crop up are only 42p, so you may wish to 'pick and choose' about completing them depending how much you value your time. I know some people will ignore any that are longer than, say, 15 minutes.
*Similarly, Populus pay £1 per via Vivatic unlike the (I think) £3 on the original site but, again, you get to take more and can pool that money with other stuff rather than waiting forever to cashout on Populus. Tomayto tomahto.
*If you take a survey on Vivatic you might not be able to complete the same survey on the original site. If you're a member it may be worth checking there first off. Personally I've not signed up with populus or toluna because woman can only be on so many survey sites.
*Payout takes a while, but it does come! I promise! You can cashout in EXACT £20 blocks (anything left over stays in your balance until you hit £20 again) and is deposited in your paypal on the last working day of the following month. Obviously the thing to do is cash out at the end of the month rather than getting the last few pennies at the start of the next one to minimise wait time. Don't worry, you don't lose anything at the end of the month if you haven't processed it, you'll just be waiting longer to see it is all.
*Paypal will take 40p per £20 that you cashout, so you actually 'only' get £19.60 of it (as fees go, 40p on £20 isn't bad for paypal though)
Now all that said... the payments take a long time... you get less per survey... paypal take 40p etc etc... Vivatic is BY FAR my biggest survey earner. I've had £140 in payments (that is, £137.20 after fee) since I joined in November, and have £8.21 in my balance right now.
By comparison, my second highest earner for surveys (ValuedOpinions, who only pay out in gift vouchers and charge £15.50 for a £15 card so higher on the free front) sits at a comparatively measly £63.75 (£60 of which I have seen in voucher form, £2 lost to fees, and £1.75 in my balance)Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Now I want to marry it!!! Sounds fab - thanks for the amazing post X X X0 -
Nothing made today as a buyer 'forgot' to turn up - h'mmmmmm. But I did get up to date on posting stuff, chasing up potential buyers and had a massive tidy up on FB. Dumped all but one (the biggest) of the local groups after getting an unsolicited FB message from an ex who saw me posting on several pages (oops), bumped/deleted all my posts on selling pages that don't have easy links back to items and will most likely dump those pages too after Easter... And most importantly made a fat overpayment to BC of all my MB profits for the month, oh and upped my DD too as I changed my council tax to 12 monthly payments so am (sort of) £25 a month better off. So all in all a good evening. Might even run up and down for a bit to boost my bounts points...

Have contacted them just waiting for them to give me someway for you to contact them.
You are awesome :A Thank you so much...I didn't mean for you to go to so much trouble, but I'm really grateful that you did! You rock!!!
Oh, and I'm sneaking in with a final addition of £20.27 so I'm fairly close to target. Still, there are about 20 hours left in March so maybe if I keep my eyes down I might find £22.73 roadkill before midnight :rotfl:0
