    yes mortgages had ppi.

    don't forget the company would have taken their fees too, so it may have been a bit bigger than what you actually received.

    Did you have to provide them with any paperwork other than account numbers? I have a really old one I know I had PPI on but it seems to have been archived/destroyed as no one can verify it. Just reminded me Barclays are supposed to have let me have access to my files and I haven't received it.

    Interesting! I think I've had five mortgages in total. Gotta be worth checking.

    I gave most of my account numbers, but not all. For some companies I just gave Gladstone Brookes the name and they did the rest. I didn't supply any paperwork at all. The took my details over the phone, asked questions about how I took out the product, sent some forms for me to sign and they did everything else. I think they took a 20% (ish) cut but I was so convinced I didn't have PPI that I gladly paid them to do the legwork for me.

    I'm going to get in touch with them again because I remembered today about a few other credit cards that I forgot about when I made my initial claim. I might do the mortgage ones myself as I'm sure I'll have most of the details.....

    Oh, and in other news, I found 3p on the ground when I was walking home :j I walked home the long way to trigger more Bounts points :rotfl:

    For those that ebay, just a gentle reminder that the postal prices are due to go up, so make sure you reflect this in your P&P charges in any new listings.

    Are they ???? :eek::eek:

    Only seems to be a short time since they went up already !

    Looks like they will be making another round of redundancies soon then as we all switch to Hermes and Collect + :rotfl:

    Yup, By 5p. I noticed MyHermes has also risen by a similar amount too. At least it has for the lower bracket anyway.

    I used to do exam invigilation and yes it is boring. We didn't walk around the room but you had to get up and move otherwise you were in danger of going to sleep!

    I agree, I feel myself 'nodding' if I sit down for too long.
    Trying to keep in budget.
