  • yes i ran out going nuts .. yes i took imagery.. it happened within seconds.. the womens my neighbour and had the car 2 days .. and provisional (irrelevant i know) .. the car moved through about 40 - 60 degrees and yes was lifted ..

the scratches and damage on the rear of my vehicle starts low raises and then goes down again as does the scratches on her vehicle and the damage goes around to the wing on passenger side but no scratches ..

we both reported it to the police and were given crime reference numbers.

she claims it was slow but it wasnt as she gunned the vehicle forward and pushed my vehicle forward into our other neighbours car. he was leaving for holiday so didnt hang about ..
he hasnt had the vehicle properly looked at but the damage is minor compared to mine.
total for repair is 2200 including vat and cars worth 1650 so obviously they accepted the latter. (havent seen the report so dont know full details)

and yes into the citroen ds3 or something i think it is .. black and sporty looking bubble car

So his claim hasn't reached your insurer yet, let alone been passed on to her insurer and rejected.

This is all WAY too early to be worrying.
