    I've not read all the detail of your new House's layout configuration but I bet you can find a conventional solution. I loathe macerators, having lived below one in a flat once. And you really don't need much of a fall on a 4" soil-pipe, assuming you could find a route through the house. You can google the tech data on the minimum required fall, but it need only be very shallow. We added a second bathroom to the 'wrong' end of a long, narrow flat we once owned. We ran the soilpipe about 15 metres, through two rooms, in a false-work box behind false skirting (which looked OK), through a cupboard or two, into the flooring and out to the original external soil stack. Perfectly adequate given that the outlet from the multi-quick starts about a foot above floor level (sorry to measure on old money).

    And as regards the Saniflow above us in another flat; we got that changed through neighbourly negotiation in the end- it had only been installed because the plumber was to idle to run 4" pipework to a perfectly accessible external wall!
