Vodafone have to be the worst company ever!

In December 2015 I took out a new contract with Vodafone, in the last month their customer service can only be described as shocking!

When I took out the contract, it was to ensure I had coverage at my place of work, I already knew there was no coverage at home, but can connect to wifi and work around that.

For the first month all was well with good 3G and sometimes 4g coverage.

About a month ago the signal disappeared altogether, I have lost count of the times I've called Vodafone, been put through to department after department, lied to by staff, told the problem was fixed, told there was never coverage there in the first place, it's beyond belief. They now tell me there's an adequate 2g coverage, which mostly fails to connect calls, won't receive iMessages, emails etc.

In desperation I emailed Jeroen Hoencamp, CEO, who recently heralded Vodafone's commitment to customer care, "customer experience has always been a central part of our strategy" he said!

Well I can confirm that they've certainly given me an experience like I never received before!

Be warned don't go anywhere near Vodafone, their customer service is simply the worst ever, I previously thought 3 were bad at times, in hindsight they were amazing.

I'm now left with a phone that doesn't work at work or home (unless on wifi) and a demand of over £900 to get out of the contract.

Be warned and avoid them.
