This is the company that, a couple of years ago, gave everyone a week's notice that they were discontinuing their free remote service, with the intent of panicking people into buying their overpriced package.

Success, I asked for a full refund and to cancel the account. They agreed. I guess it was within my 30 days. So pleased they billed me towards the end of the month, hence I saw it on my credit card bill in time.0
