How about "stupid questions from buyer's solicitor"?
Verbatim quote regarding my detached house, which I answered " N/A". The maths is nonsense.
"Is the volume of the conservatory greater than 10% or 50 cubic metres (whichever is greater) of the floor area of the original house (here the property is terraced) or 15% or 70 cubic metres (whichever is the greater) of the floor area of the original house (where the property is semi detached)"0 -
Please buy my house which i have spent thousands of pounds doing to my taste but no one elses for an over inflated price.0

Picky buyers = there's something wrong with your house.0

Not even a proper rant!

The house is probably mis-advertised, as well as hideously decorated and overpriced.0 -

Well - I can sympathise with that one - ie the changing colour of paint. I've rather lost count of the number of properties I've seen advertised where its been obvious they've just "done work" - but the colours are their personal taste. Mind you - that's usually tiles. "Nice new kitchen - why on earth did they do black tiles? I'd have to rip them out" "Nice new bathroom - why on earth did they do grey tiles? I'd have to rip them out"0 -
Numbers of properties on the market are at their lowest levels since records began, there has possibly never been a stronger sellers market across the whole of the UK than what we're currently experiencing, I've got little/no sympathy for anyone claiming they're "struggling to sell"...it obviously overpriced, probably by quite some margin.0

God forbid, people actually put things they like in their own homes! :eek:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Obviously they are perfectly entitled to do so - but my first thought about such "personal" choices is "Looks like they weren't planning on selling at any point then - or they wouldn't have done that. What changed their mind?"
Five minutes in a house and one can tell what the owner is either planning for or possibly hoping for. The clue to me having "settled" in my current house will be if I change all the neutral d!cor and neutral modern floorcoverings I instantly put in everywhere:rotfl:. There is no "colour" at all in my house at the moment (other than leftover kitchen tiles from previous owner - as I've not been able to afford my new kitchen yet).0
