PLEASE HELP PCN County Claim form

The fee (£155 not £150) is for applying for a set aside.
If you are successful, then the CCJ is removed from the record.
What CCJ, the case has not yet been heard.
VCS are members of the IPC, a thoroughly corrupt organisation. Gather all the dirt you can on them, Gladstones and the IPC, (Parking Prankster has masses), show it to the judge, bang on about the unfair anonymous appeals system, bring to his/her attention UKPC's fraud, read jiup about VCS's wins and losses in the County Court

and you should give them a bloody nose.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
It looks like she did get advised about the right to a set aside as she is clued up on them in the words of her OP (apart from being a fiver out on the cost)Coupon-mad wrote: »Possibly. She called it a warrant...but what was it (an order)? What did that say about the Defendant's right to set aside/timeline to apply ?0 -
Ok so to defend myself I will have to pay the £155 then regardless of not receiving it in time to reply within the 14 days0

What form have you received, can you show us this 'warrant'?
You can't show a working link as you are new but you CAN show us a 'broken' link (remove the http) to a scan of it saved in Dropbox or tinypic or as a Google Documents shared file.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Now that you have received judgement against you "in default" (assuming that is the "warrant" you refer to) then you must successfully get a hearing to have it set aside (cost £155 for this hearing)
You will need to explain at the set aside hearing why you feel don't owe the money.
If the judge agrees you have a defence and does set aside the CCJ, then it's up to VCS to decide what to do.
They have 6 years to start proceedings again, when you can defend yourself. (If they don't bother then you won't need to defend yourself)0 -
Thanks. I will post the letters shortly.
Just been to see a solicitor and they reckon it will probably be worth paying up.
I'm really wary of fighting it as will have to pay £150 to set aside, then if they reissue the claim and then I loose, would cost me a whole lot more- the £150, plus the fee, plus solicitors costs.
Wondering if it's worth getting the person with the 4 parking spaces to phone the parking company up and explain how I was working in his pub during the times I was parked there (which is true), and was using one of his reserved spaces.0 -
Here are the forms, as I didn't reply to the claim form (as on holiday), a judgement for claimant (in default) then arrived (day I got back) //vodhia-dm2305.files.1drv.com/y3mVEsEyTMhvAcOmWYphs7Pd4RmLA3EVwhD5nv1vDizZzxYOIa68coQVQWP_hE5RN0gTrk_CtZ2y3Dm6wXr3BGOlIm42XqtGOodrn9OUts7thwsFiH2grrsTjXHGSl5g_xyshB63t-CjiBfvls5mkbpAw/20160224125155.pdf?psid=1[/url]0
