Start Word starter 2010 (without selecting a document - blank page is the default) and click File then Print. Is the correct printer listed? (assuming it doesn't lock up loading preview file). If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0

I went into properties there is a little box that says preview, but it can not be ticked or un ticked. You would think it would be easy to write a print a simple letter0

Was it ticked or unticked?
Close Word. Click Start and where you see Word Starter right-mouse click it and "Run As Adinistrator". Try the whole lot again...If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
