Brilliant, keep going.
Is your WH Letter a 'Letter of Claim' or just a begging letter asking you to pay ZZPS?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep. I'd recommend keeping Premier Park in cc for the letter too...order them to rescind the fallacious Parking Charge Notice
Love it! :rotfl:0 -
Howitzer letter. Keep us posted. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

WH Letter is just ZZPS begging letter... So going to ignore it... Got to work away again this week so I'll resume battle later on.0

Has this been brought to the attention of your local Trading Standards Office in writing? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I have sent a variation of the above letter to the BPA. I decided to leave POPLA out of it for now as I am bored of their uselessness. I might include them later when I send my next letter to the ISPA (who I now realise haven't got back to me after my last letter... very rude).Has this been brought to the attention of your local Trading Standards Office in writing?
Not yet... I don't actually have any evidence, just a suspicion.
I haven't seen anything more from ZZPS/WH but am looking forward to it as I have some stress from work I would like to take out on someone!0 -
Hi thorfan I was wondering how you got on with your appeal rejecteion? Same thing happened to me and now the next step I'm guessing would be court. Did yours get taken to court in the end? I am seriously stressed out but do not want to pay up because it is not my fault. Any help would be appreciated. Mine was with the smart parking company.
Thanks0 -
Send thorfan a PM as he/she hasn't been on here for almost 2 months.
Smart have never taken anyone to court, but have over the past couple of weeks got SCS Law involved. How that will pan out nobody yet knows. If you get any court papers, come back, start a new thread of your own and we'll help.
Seriously, this is nothing to get stressed about - it's only (not so) Smart.

Apologies to all... not long after my last post I took a job working overseas and forgot to continue to check-in here. I finally remembered all about it, thanks in part to someone getting another ticket in my car!
Anyway, when i logged in, I had a large number (wow) of PMs asking for an update so....after my last barrage of letters everything went quiet and remains quiet. I have subsequently moved house, so sent a courtesy letter to Premier Park Limited informing them that if they wished to try their luck, to ensure they sent everything to my new address, but they haven't taken me up on that... I even included a stamped and self-addressed envelope for their acknowledgment!
As i said, someone got a https://www.myparkingcharge.co.uk (Excel) sticky note on my car recently, and I received a lovely looking PCN to back it up this week. I have been a good boy and re-read the Newbies thread and have just cut and pasted the boiler-plate bog-off letter into the appeal portal. I won't start a new thread as there is plenty of information in the forums, unless I get to play any of the fun games with them and then I'll update you all.0 -
