Carphone warehouse refund

Hi
On the 30th of December I purchased an phone online of Carphone Warehouse to be delivered in store.Next day I found a better deal and emailed them to cancel the order.They said that the order was already processed and it will take about 14 days to process the refund.My problem is that not even now I haven't received my money back(they only started processing the refund on the 4th of february).I keep on contacting them and they said that I should've received my cheque by today but if it's not here to contact them.I think it's appalling customer service to make a customer wait almost 2 months for a refund.
My question is where I can complain about them as its starting to be an absolute joke?
