Does paypal always favour the buyer?

Sorry if this is not the place to post but I'm in need of some advice/reassurance if possible.
Back in November 2015 I sold my beloved pair of Louboutins on ebay. It was a reluctant sale but we're moving house and needed the extra cash and I just couldn't justify keeping a pair of shoes I'd only worn once (and which are extremely crippling). Husband bought them through net-a-porter. A girl purchased them on ebay for £260. All's good...until today. She opens a case with paypal who have reclaimed the £260 and are holding it and frozen my account until her 'claim' is settled. She claims she went to get them re-soled and the person in selfridges told her they were replicas. Now, I have receipts, bank statements, delivery notes, most of which I have supplied to paypal as evidence from Net-a-porter but I have a horrible feeling paypal are going to favour her from the horror stories I've been told. I am so upset I just want to cry. I know these shoes are not fake, so she is either a) lying or b) the person in selfridges knows diddly squat. Worst still, I use my paypal to but materials for my small business and now everything is frozen it makes things so much harder; I have also just given up full time employment to strive out on my own with a new business and do not have £260 to refund!! What am I to do?

The Ebay board would be the best place for this.
There are people there well versed in Paypal 'situations'.
