Works fine for me too, automatically downloads from the donation page.

I'm using Chrome. I wonder if the OP and anyone else with that error is running Windows 10 and using IE?

When I did it, I was using Windows 10 (I should've mentioned that ) and IE, and it seemed to work.

The .msi appeared to download fine, although I haven't tried installing it.

I was setting a clean install machine up last night , smart screen filter objected to every download , I suspect a temporary win 10/ie fault at the moment

I prefer the theory that M$ don't want people to download free alternatives to their software. However there may be a problem using msi files that need to access the net during downloads, but surely W10 is now fixed :rotfl:

the file that sent me crazy was adbFire , and the d/load page was here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24411628330026147 with about 8 mirror sites


edge said that it was a "virus" , and refused , ie struggled on about 5 sites , the file was checked for viruses / malware but it was clean

Another reason for keeping to Linux based operating systems. Simple and safe to use.
AdbFire and Libre Office will work fine with most such systems as well as windows (usually).
I think you and I probably use adbFire quite often for transferring various particular files to certain sticks.

yes I got the message that 2.02b was available , incidentally it came as an application rather than a compressed file , that's possably the reason,


the new machine I was working on was the only one with a wire in the back ,(rest are z97 with wifi) , and running the 50 ish meg upload is better by wire


thinking back it was prob a badly written application , all it did was create a dir and expand files

I cannot download Libre office. I get error code 2503 during the download, but I do not know what this code represents or how to correct this problem . I am On Windows 10 and generally use Google Crome if that information is of any relevance.
