Appeal Rejection Letter - Next step IAS, advice please?

    Hi guys - I will be doing the IAS appeal ASAP

    Can anyone tell me how funny this is... they have now painted the car park lol! I guess that EVEN they thought the bay markings were invisible!! Check the photos taken today

    Then don't bust a gut over writing your appeal - you will see the outcome is going to be a rejection no matter what grounds you use!

    Why appeal and play their game ? Send them a list of questions they won't answer and put them on the back foot .

    I agree, a waste of time but we wish you well with it. Don't decide you have no case when you lose. There was no 'next step' and there will be no 'next step' after that either.

    Please don't ask about debt collector letters later on, we never want threads about those because a zillion threads on one subject - the advice for which has never changed in a decade - is enough...

    Please show us the wording of the appeal you submitted and the decision?! What did the PPC do wrong?

    EDIT - I see you posted the decision on another thread and that they didn't evidence any lines around the car to show it was out of bay lines!
