Ignore the to£££rs and see if they bring a claim , don't arm them with a verdict from a joke tribunal

I think i'll do that - I'd almost love to see them take me to court for this as I'm sure any judge would laugh at their claim.

Bit random, but I was thinking of creating a website to allow people who have been scammed to upload photos of 'dodgy car parks' like this one to warn others, what does everyone else think? I'd do it myself it and absorb all the costs I just feel I wanna take these jokers down! :-)

Yes, and share what you find with the Parking Prankster blogger, to get more people to look.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Dear Parking company,

I am disappointed you have not cancelled the charge. The car park markings are non-existent, and you have failed to consider this is your appeal rejection.

I am willing to attempt to settle the matter using alternate dispute resolution. The IAS has been widely exposed as having the characteristics of a kangaroo court. In addition, the owners of the IAS financially benefit from turning down appeals, because they can then tout for business using their Gladstone Solicitors business, which causes a conflict of interest.

I therefore suggest we use Ombudsman Services, who are competent to deal with this type of case.

I have viewed a number of other posts and decided I want to fight these jokers, I have compiled my letter for the IAS, I know I may still 'lose' at this second stage but I'm happy to go all the way with these idiots to illustrate how incompetent these companies (and the wardens who give out the tickets actually are).

Can people give me some honest feedback and let me know if I should add/remove anything, please note I will add my real name and address to the real thing (I'm not really called Spongebob Squarepants lol)

Private parking company signs placed on private land are not governed by legislation such as the Road traffic act. You need to look at the IPC codes of practice to see what they say about signage.

That's what you need to use. Delete the entire appeal & start again because this has nothing to do with Council PCNs. This is contract law.

Also show less photos, get rid of those which show white paint as that suggests a bay and gives the IAS barista wriggle room.
