Mamas and Papas horizons cot bed

Bit of a long shot I know, but has anyone got a spare Horizons cot-bed screw?
Or even where we can get one from PLEASE.
Phoned mamas and Papas but they don't keep them in stock as the cot is an old design.
We are pulling our hair out, having tried everywhere we can think of.

Have you tried phoning m&ps? Their automated phone system has a section to request parts.
