I am expecting to see a very non-compliant NTK, incapable of meeting the requirements set out in Schedule 4 of the POFA.

Bingo, as predicted. Not a POFA NTK, only a driver one, hence the keeper is the appellant. Wait ten days from now (as long as that doesn't take you beyond day 28 after the NTK) just to see if they reply to that March appeal.

Then if no reponse does arrive, go online and submit the keeper appeal from the NEWBIES thread. Don't POST stuff snail mail.

Oops yes I did, removed it for now (I'll put another edited version up if anyone needs it). Thanks for letting me know!

    Excellent, will do

Hmm it said on the windscreen ticket that I should appeal to them in writing, this 'NTK' says I can do it online. Very odd, I'll certainly be doing it online from now though.

I had a letter off NCP on Friday, what I assume is in response to my appeal.

"Thank you for your correspondence regarding the above notice number", blah blah blah, "On this occasion the business manager has requested the cancellation of this notice. No further action is required from you in respect of the PCN. You may now treat this matter as closed."

So success! Thank you very much for your help on this everyone. I guess they decided the cost of fighting the appeal wasn't worth it?
