Thank you all for your helpful comments, I will try all options and let you know the outcome.
I have posted on their facebook a couple of times now asking for a response & they are deleting my messages. Not hopeful :-(

Googling Ayms Designs Limited shows who the directors are - 2 ladies. Further Googling will enable you to track them down. Ignore the London address as it's a business selling virtual companies/accommodation address.

It sounds as safe as it can be to me. Can't get much safer than completely inoperational, with these things.

That address was flagged up by the BBC back in 2014 as a hosting address for scam financial companies.
