Wizboard not working

I purchased a Wizboard for my son in November for his Christmas present.
It has now stopped working & I have tried to contact the company many times but get no answer.
I now see from their Wizboard/facebook page that there are many others with the same problem.
Whats the best route to resolve this matter.
It was expensive at £349 and I was relieved that it was safety tested & felt reassured that I had purchased from a reputable company, now I am not so sure :(

You can report a vendor to sagepay if they're not responding. This page gives more info and a link to report:

You can also try a chargeback with your bank - I'd start this right away though as there is a 120 day limit and you're already over 100 days. If your bank reject your claim, you can also appeal to the ombudsman.

Pretending to be a UK company, but contact address is a mail forwarding company.

Probably no UK assets to enforce any kind of judgement if you can't get a chargeback.

Not quite - The WHOIS details have been anonymised by WHOISGUARD whom are registered in Panama, doesn't mean the actual business is.

Unfortunately this is massive red flag - no genuine business would have any reason to anonymise their WHOIS details and the fact that they have no valid trading address on their website either suggests to me they're actively trying to hide this.

The terms and conditions on their website says that the website is operated by and goods are supplied by AYMS DESIGNS LTD (company number 08459741). However companies house records indicate they recently changed their name to WIZ PRODUCTS LIMITED - but have obviously failed to update their terms and conditions if this is true.

In any case the registered address appears to be below - OP perhaps try sending a letter before action recorded delivery to this address?
    WIZ PRODUCTS LIMITED
    145-157 ST JOHN STREET
    LONDON
    EC1V 4PW
But take this information with a pinch of salt, due to their hidden WHOIS details, failure to supply a valid trading address on their own website and failure to prominently display company number and name on their main website are all alarm bells.

The address supplied above also appears to be a mail forwarding company and not a trading address.

Company's house records also suggest that their accounts are overdue - not looking good at all - massive red flags and "trouble" should be plastered all over this company.

The website itself appears to be hiding behind cloudflare, which means it's very hard to find the websites actual IP address (thus finding out who the hosting company is).

As for their "safety test" - this seems to be to be a big load of balls. It says the boards are tested by them (so?) but does not make any mention to any safety bodies or official safety certifications - therefore these are just about as safe as any other number of these boards - which judging by the amount of fires etc... is not very safe at all.

I did say the website is registered to a company in Panama.
    That company being WHOISGUARD, INC.

Sorry, I just thought it was a bit ambiguous.

"That website is registered to a company in Panama." most people would take that to be their entire operation is based in Panama, not just the website.
