Still no NTK and UKPC have not replied to my appeal (apart from the letter demanding I tell them who the driver is - which I have ignored). It is beyond the 35 day from when UKPC are supposed to reply back to me. I assume I keep waiting for the POPLA to come?

Hoping this is an easy win since no NTK has been served. Lazy bums!

I'd send them an email saying you were expecting a POPLA code by now. Also send one to the BPA (or CC them in).

Parking companies have a really hard time with stuff like that "getting lost" in the mail.

I think I'd be saying that as 35 days have now passed and no response has been received, you consider the matter closed. They have failed to comply with the requirements of the BPA CoP, which the Supreme Court (in the Beavis case) said was 'effectively binding'.

    Beavis can work both ways!

Make sure you copy the BPA in on it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I can't seem to get on the UKPC website at the moment, would you or some kind user direct me to their email address?

Also the correct BPA one to copy in? Is it info at britishparking dot co .uk or is there a complaints one to use?

I shall also copy in my employer, who are adamant UKPC are lovely law abiding wonderful people.

I don't have an email address for them, but I had no trouble accessing their website.

Make sure you copy your employer in on all the newspaper reports from last year. Google it,met here were numerous articles in the press and motoring publications.

A small development. I copied in an email along the lines above to the bpa, dvla and my employers car parking department (who contacted UKPC for me since there is no email for UKPC, and of course believe ukpc are angels and ticket on behalf of them). They repeated that UKPC had asked for the extra info and would be writing to me again to kindly give me another 21 days to provide driver details.

I take it I just sit tight? No sign of a popla code on it's way or acknowledgement there was no notice to keeper or not keeping to POFA 2012?
