Virgin broadband refer a friend

Hi there,

I currently have a
A) Virgin 100mb broadband only package at my current address, from june 05th 2015 (£23.50) for 18months.

B) I will be moving to another house and the next tenant to move in to the house where my current virgin contract is, will be happy to take over and pay for the broadband connection.

Moving forwards whats the deal where I can refer a friend (ie myself) and get a discount on contract A) and another discount on contract B)

I heard it was £100 off each bill however I may be wrong, a link to clarify would be very helpful.

If you mean that the new tenant will pay for the existing broadband which is in your name, there is the possibility that they fail to pay up and the full liability is yours (including the cost of buying out the contract), as the contract is still in its minimum term.

Also, the new tenant may find that they can get a better deal ,independently, instead of helping you earn £100.

If, instead, you ask Virgin to transfer your account to the new home, you will not be a new customer, so no deal, but probably a new extended minimum term to agree to.
