As long as you included a POSTAL address and PCN number and your name in the appeal by email then they have to reply to that. If you didn't, then email and add those details now (the PCN tells you what to include in any appeal so I expect you haven't missed any of that detail?).
The reminder is just a reminder. Ignore it and wait for the rejection email or letter (check your spam email regularly, every week, in case). You only appealed two weeks ago for goodness' sake so a standard reminder isn't something to panic about unless you missed some detail from your appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
