Having never seen the previous version I can't make a comparison, but I don't see anything immediately obvious that I don't like about the new one. What is it that you object to?0

Coutts has the same, looks very cheap, i.e. anyone can buy that set up.
You would expect such a bank to go custom.
It has random landscape images, by the looks of it they have not even changed some of the default images.0 -
It has no images at all for me, perhaps not 'viewable' on an iPad?“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”

One would assume as its a new website it would work with modern devices. Maybe they are still working in it.0 -
Who cares? as long as it works0

The website looks ok but as they want new clients to either borrow in excess of £750,000 or deposit in excess of £750,000 in order to be permitted to open a current account, I don't imagine I will be using their services.0

It looks fine to me.
It projects the kind of image you would expect from a private bank and looks totally different to every other bank web site you see.0 -
The whole idea of a private bank is having a dedicated manager to do all those little things that one could via a website. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Its a private bank, the customers care, that is why they go to a private bank.:D
Otherwise they would just use a normal bank, image is everything with these sorts. Or most of them.
Has your extensive research revealed any concerns by these customers about the website redesign? Or have you simply started a thread because you have taken a personal dislike to it, despite my suspicion that you are not and never will be a customer yourself (unless you win the lottery)?0
