Energy club incorrect monthly payments

Can anybody please tell me if you can alter the Direct Debit amount that you pay every month on the Energy Club website. It's just that I am paying less now to what I did when I first registered with this Energy Club.

You want to pay more? Any particular reason?

Ayway, you don't pay the energy club. The EC searches the market and recommends energy suppliers, you sign up to one (or more) of them, and then pay them (by DD if that's what you want).

If you want to increase, or reduce, your DD, contact whichever supplier you've signed up to and discuss it.

Look at your present tariffs and go to Edit Details. Bear in mind that what you are paying today could give you an inaccurate comparison. You need to use either kWHs used in a year or the total amount that you have paid in £s for 12 months. I always use kWhs based on actual readings taken for past bills.
