I'm a newbie so it might go wrong!
I saw that you can claim for a delayed fligt over 3 hours on landing. Unfortunately it was 4 years ago, my sister booked it to Italy and have no details of the flights.....
Do you need this info or just send the claim and hope for the best :think:
