Cheap smartphone

Hi all,

I'm looking for a good deal on an unlocked smartphone. I need something that can run Skype, Whatsapp, navigation etc but nothing too fancy. Dual SIM would be nice but not essential.

Does anyone know of any good deal?

LTE stands for Long Term Evolution, and is the path followed to achieve 4G speeds. Whatever...
I mean 4G when I mention LTE.
