ISA with Web Access / Alternative Payment Options?

I currently have a Skiption cash ISA which i have been using for awhile now, but since moving house the nearest branch is miles away and since visiting the local store is the only way to do and transfers in or out its causing me a big headache.

are there any ISAs that allow for bank transfers / standing orders or even have web access to beable to view your current savings?

Plenty. This link shows ISAs with internet access that allow transfers in. I've filtered out those with an introductory bonus or conditional opening, but you can use the tick boxes at the top of the page if you wanted to include them. There's also an option to include postal accounts if you didn't mind that either.
