IPhone photos
Needs some advice on using iCloud as I have been trying to transfer photos/videos but I have been unsuccessful. I've got a new iPhone 5s so I want to transfer photos etc from my old iPhone to iCloud. I go to the iCloud setting in my phone and then select Back Up Now. The next day I check my iCloud account and there are no photos. I must be missing something or not doing it successfully.
Is it worth going to the Apple shop though I think they charge for setting everything up.

Hello there.
You need to set up My Photo Stream.
Follow the steps here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204264
Failing that you could backup your previous iPhone w/iTunes and restore from a backup that way. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
Brilliant it's working.0

Will take most of the night to upload, also thinking how to transfer to a Hard Drive or USB device. I will want to be able to make a photo book.0
