Got a parking ticket and the pictures show my car parked on a road, so closely zoomed in that could be anywhere and the picture of the parking restriction sign that could be anywhere, is there a grounds for appeal?

Oh Lord please have mercy on the sanity of the long term posters on here who give up their free time to help people out, who turn up without doing one iota of research on the very same forum :mad:I Am Charlie0

Please elaborate?0 -
That's a bit unfair on the OP, Fight the good fight, this is a 'parking tickets' forum and we do have a few here who can advise on Council PCNs. Just lots more who deal with private ones...but the forum doesn't make that clear anywhere.
However, Mark, there are more Council PCN experts on pepipoo so we would recommend you post a picture of all sides of the PCN there, all small print, the lot:

They'll take you through the appeal from start to finish and know their stuff/win almost all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Self explanatory really, posters turn up without carrying out any pre read, start a thread and the usual long term contributors have to drag basic information from the original poster.
With some basic pre read provided at the top of the forum, would prevent a lot of repetition and time for the contributors going over the same ground and must surely feel like groundhog dayI Am Charlie0 -
For me time is of the issue, if you don't want to help don't, use scroll and do things that are more important in your life than judging someone else's minor indiscretions because you have had a bad day or decade and fancy trolling
