What make and model, To get something decent for that money it wont have a make and model.

Possibly home built or built by a shop that do not waste money on silly names and labels.

If you want an i3 CPU then look for a computer with one of those and other components that meet your requirements.

You can get i5 powered ones if you keep your eyes open (and they will take an i7, but very unlikely for under £100!).

A refurb business-grade HP desktop unit should be do-able for under £100. But not including screen/keyboard.

I have had mine from the same source for 18 months (I made it a dual boot system with Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon) and it is working great.
