Apologies if this is an obvious one!
I've just accessed the popla website and it is asking me to select a reason I am appealing my parking charge - and I 'have' to select one to proceed.
The two that seem relevant are 'I was not improperly parked' or 'I was not the driver or the registered keeper of the vehicle at the time of the alleged improper parking'.
Haha, as I am typing this, I am presuming it is the second one I need to choose? 'I was not the driver ....'?
